KTT Tours are generally proposed on a Global Package One price basis, which systematically includes :

  • Entrance fees to museums and national parks,
  • Supply of life jackets during Bamboo rafts, Swim and Float as well as Kayak Tours,
  • Generous Lunch / Dinner (in the case of the «  Evening Fishing » tour) on a set menu basis pre-arranged by KTT,
  • Soft drinks (Mineral water, Soda water, Pepsi, Coffee, Tea),
  • Insurance ( Accident and Travel risks),
  • Train fares (Nature, History and Railway tour),
  • Bamboo rafts and kayak rental fees (Fun on the water tour),
  • Bamboo raft and kayak tours are accompanied by a safety guard / instructor,
  • Rental of fishing gear and supply of   fish bait for all fishing tours is provided,
  • Qualified fluent English-speaking guide,
  • Note : Steamed rice during lunch or dinner as well as mineral water are available in unlimited quantities.

VAT / TAX / CURRENCY

KTT Tours rates include 7 % Thailand VAT as well as 3% local tax.

Any payment originally made in foreign currency for deposits and the balance must correspond 100 % with the original amount invoiced in Thai Bahts by KTT.

COMMERCIAL CONDITIONS AND SPECIAL RATES FOR CHILDREN

Children aged between 5 and 10 are granted a – 15 % discount. Teens aged between 10 and 18 = – 10 %

These 2 special conditions for children and teens  apply to staying at MyHome-Thailand Holiday villa  as well as to participating  to K-T-T tours  only (not applicable on KTT transport rates)

FLEXIBILITY IN OUR TOURS  !

KTT private and exclusive tours do not follow any strict, nor  imposed time-tables during the day they take place.

The usual practice during a One Day Tour consists of leaving Kanchanaburi around 08.00 / 08.30 AM and returning around 5.30 / 6.00 PM.

BOOKING PROCEDURE – CONFIRMATION AND GUARANTEE DEPOSIT

The booking of a KTT tour can only be valid and confirmed provided the following procedure and conditions are respected :

  • KTT sends to its customers a pro-forma invoice / acknowledgment of booking receipt which includes all necessary information such as payment conditions, name and address of the bank in Thailand where to make a bank transfer, date of the tour, tour program, etc.
  • A 50 % minimum deposit must be received by KTT into its bank account at least 15 days prior to the beginning of a tour.
  • The remaining amount is to be paid in cash to KTT the morning of the day when a tour takes place.
  • Bank transfer charges are at transferor’s expense

In case a KTT Tour cannot take place due to unexpected reasons affecting KTT staff and organization, KTT will refund all deposits in full.

CANCELLATION § NO SHOW CHARGES

If a cancellation is genuine and fully justified 15 days or more before a tour commencement, no cancellation fee will be invoiced and any deposit paid will be refunded in full.

If a cancellation is made between 15 and 7 days before the date a tour commences, KTT will retain 50 % of the deposit paid in order to compensate any incurred costs

If a cancellation is made during the 7 days before the date a tour commences, KTT will retain the paid deposit in full in order to compensate any incurred costs.
